Connect Me Supports is a locally owned and operated support provider for individuals with disabilities and their families. At Connect Me Supports, we believe that every person is unique as well as their support needs. Being locally owned and operated, we have the privilege of truly knowing our clients and their families. This allows us to build meaningful, trusting relationships built on respect and understanding.

Our philosophy is simple: you and your family always come first. We listen deeply to your needs, hopes, and dreams to tailor our support around what matters most to you. No two journeys are the same, and our team takes great pride in adapting services to honour your individual preferences and values. As hands-on business owners, we’re personally involved every step of the way. We see each client and family as individuals—not cases or numbers—and this understanding shapes the respectful, caring support we provide.

Where We Serve

We have a beautiful six-acre property in Tumbarumba where we offer our clients a chance to do what they like. In this beautiful abode, we offer activities such as
  • Kayaking in one of our flat-bottomed fishing kayaks;
  • Gardening at the support property or with the local community garden; and
  • Cooking, learning recipes and being a part of our cooking groups.
We are primarily based in Tumbarumba, but we also have a hub in Tumut with staff in both towns to cover the surrounding areas.
